- Shaker 1
- Strainer 1
- Ice cubes
- Martell Blue Swift 2 part(s)
- Simple syrup 1 part(s)
- fresh lemon juice 1 part(s)
How to

To make honey syrup add equal parts honey and water to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until honey is dissolved. Allow to cool.

Combine honey syrup, cognac and juice into a shaker with ice.

Shake until chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Garnish with lemon peel.
